Jesus. Got really good sleep last night and felt refreshed when I got up. Had one cup of coffee starting around 7 and I'm still flying. Usually does NOT affect me this way. Wonder if being refreshed when I got up increased the effect of the caffeine. Wow. 🤪 Definitely not taking my daily BP reading at the normal time today.
