Am I just nuts, did meat used to expire like the day after you bought it? I feel like my mom used to be able to buy a weeks worth of meat and use it throughout the week, but if I buy meat from my normal grocery store I’ve got like 2-3 days tops before it’s gray.
We’ve switched to buying bulk and freezing day of, but I just saw somebody else mention meat going bad fast online and wondered if anyone else felt like this was a new thing?
