Had to break out the big book of pain (from it's spot next to Overcoming Gravity). We don't keep many physical books these days, but some are still very useful.
Wife's shoulder pain is not responding to the sporadic treatment from the NHS physio. So tried a few targeted tools from here, including banded distraction. Range of movement instantly increased. Not huge, but noticeable. Going to take daily work, but first time she has seen improvements rather than deterioration for months 🤷🏻‍♀️
