Hi Michael. I think I understand what you are asking. I see your profile picture is neutral but I don't see it as angry. Sometimes I hear the term applied to females of "resting b*tch face." So I think some people do appear angry when neutral and some do not. Perhaps the downturn of the mouth or furrowing of the brows makes this more so. When I think I furrow my brows. Then everyone thinks I am angry. I have been doing this so many years that the wrinkles from doing so are permanent. I used Botox and temporarily solved it. But when I look at any of my neutral pictures (sometimes I take selfies to check my hair, lol) I do think others would interpret me as angry.
