I don’t bother tagging locations as that’s included in the location information for me. Typically I sync my DC to my phone right after a dive/dive trip, which then uploads to cloud, and then I write up the log from my computer.

I tag what kind of exposure protection I’m using, what kind of rig (backmount doubles, sidemount, extra cylinder), deco/tec/rec, barotraumas, etc.
