You shouldn't need to anymore, it's in the upstream lists by now and should already be blocked with any up to date list.

However, if you ever need to do it in the future, here is how: Open the ublock Origin settings (the gear in the lower right corner), go to "My filters" tab and add the hostname in a new line. Finally apply the changes to the filter list with the check mark at the top.
