this is a huge milestone for this Right that is vote in June in Geneva and that will now be spreading in all modern democracies.
Next country in Latin America might well be Panama, but I hope also we can add the digital integrity to the American Convention on human rights (art. 5 al. 1) which is managed from Costa Rica.
