I usually don't do new year resolutions, but I've made a few simple and sustainable ones this time:
- Schedule for wakeup, lunch, workday end (I overwork myself often), and going to bed.
- More consistent workouts. I've fluctuated between 2-5 days per week, and I'm committing to 5!
- Weed break. x3
