I just stuck 4L of homemade Greek yogurt in the fridge. I can’t wait to see how it tastes tomorrow.
My friend works in Vancouver’s “Greek Village” & his coworkers say to do 2L of 3.25% fat milk & 1L of 33% fat cream. I’m cheap, I guess, & hoping to see if 1L cream & 3L of milk is decadent enough for me. I think it’s about 10% milk fat in the yogurt then.
One thing I have never done as I’ve lost -110 lbs is to eat low fat or skim anything. Full fat. Always.
“Low fat” is a lie. Eat real food.
