Transpo' to and from the land are broken out because the first is the expense of getting our stuff TO the land in the first place, while the second is the expense of getting something to get us to and from the land while we're up there. Again, if the banks and internet are still working I'm assuming we are making money (selling rocks or eggs or fiction or whatever) -or- if they are not working we do not want to get to town anyway. It's a wild assumption to be making, to be sure!
