Oh, Paxil is a tough one. I went to school for pharmacy tech stuff. Same class as Effexor, which I took briefly many years ago, but they're hard to get off. Definitely lower gradually... even take every other/3 days once at lowest.
Oxcarbazepine is usually for mild mania/bipolar disorder, but yeah, none of them best. Diet, exercise, St. John's Wort, &/or 5-HTP if you really need. Some of the amino acids, like l-tyrosine & l-theanine (calming) help many, too. Adaptogens, like ashwagandha at night, sib. ginseng, rhodiola, etc, can also be great.
