Russian Sleep Experiment messed me up when I first heard it (though it lost its magic after I read up on how debunked it was). I also really enjoyed jvk1166.esp one but that's not surprising, given my deep love for Bethesda's games.

There was also a really good one that took a more psychological thriller approach, I think it was called Blue Light? That one really intrigued me.
