**5 things I healed in 2024 & how**

1. Problem:
Wasn't "regular" going # 2, meaning not every day - it was every 4 days, and it was awful.

Solution:
Topped up magnesium by taking a moderate dose every day, combined with zinc. Your body has a store of magnesium, which unfortunately cannot be measured. The only way to know if you're low is if you're not going regularly. Zinc helps absorb Mg, among other things.

2. Problem:
Chest pain, sometimes shooting into my left arm, started in 2023 and I think caused by the vaccine.

Solution:
Go nuts with vitamin D. I read a book for at least an hour every day in direct sunlight, exposing as much of my skin to sunlight as possible. I also took a vitamin D & k pill - 5000 IUs - any day that I couldn't get out there.

3. Problem:
Broken finger. There was a bit of bone sticking out, and looking at it made my world spin. It hurt, sure, but the real problem was seeing it...

Solution:
Ate 4 eggs per day, and that was the real beginning of my meditation practice. What I was using the meditation for, tbh, I'm not really sure. It has mental benefits, for sure, and maybe it helped heal. Pain was useful - you can focus on pain. The finger healed quickly. The skin healed in 3 days and the bone seemed fine after about two weeks.

4. Problem:
Some kind of autoimmune issue with my skin. It began in 2020 and the doctor was mostly useless. The skin on my hand turned red in two spots and cracked open and was raw.

Solution:
The doc gave me a steroid cream, which helped, but didn't solve the problem. The solution came in two parts - first, changed diet - more eggs and meat, stopped eating leaves entirely. Leaves are toxic, peeps... Some veggies make sense, like carrots and broccoli, but there are no leaves which don't contain toxins. Never eat leaves. Secondly, started exercising enough to burn off something in my system. Idk what, but the pattern was clear - exercise sufficiently, skin problem reduced. The problem is gone now. The other stuff for other problems probably helped.

5. Problem
My back... Another one that started in 2020. Lifestyle changed, became less active, body revolted. Basically, I got sculiosis and had to figure out how/why and how to fix it. I figured it out and felt like a F'n genius, cuz you hear of this as a debilitating problem...

Solution:
It was (and still is, though I'm winning) a twisting of my lower back. The breakthrough came when I realized it wasn't caused by my spine at all - the twisting was an effect, not a cause. The cause was the left side of my hip being turned and not turning back to match the right side. The fix? Stretches, exercising on a peddle bike, which pulled both sides equally, and a dog toy. The dog toy, found by the road, was perfect for fitting under by back as I laid down, and hard enough that I could press my weight into it and it force the top part of my hip to turn. So here's the regimen : stretch to open all joints in the back, which loosens it ; then peddle for a while, which activates both sides of lower back muscles ; then use the dog toy in that perfect spot to push the top of the hip forward. Also, whichever side of your back is weaker, use the opposite hand more.

For all problems, consistency is key - you have to make daily habits.
