The key is getting a good monitor mount that allows you to recline, either in bed with pillows or in zero gravity lounge chair.
when it was lockdown time in covid, i had my monitor mounted above my bed horizontally, it was held together with duct tape, not the most ideal setup. I would lay in bed an type. that was a very good setup. directly from sleep to computer
keyboards:
either you get wireless full numpad keyboard because a small keyboard is too narrow to be on your lap. Better: you want to get a split keyboard, something like the kinesis freestyle 2, (the cord is a bit of an issue, if you coud extend the cord or get wireless split keyboard that would be best.) put those on your sides.
depends how much you can spend, a wall mount monitor from amazon i think you can get 40 bucks. lounge chair cheapest is 40. floor monitor mount like 200
if they had a vr headset with decent resoulution that would be best but those don't exist yet
