Is there an app or plugin where you could have a shared video list or a quick way to add a video to a list for other people?

My husband and I text each other video links and it is VERY dysfunctional. Ideally I could click a button and it would be added to his queue and he could add things to mine, but we could also have our own stuff there?

(I feel like the useful social aspects of video aps are very underdeveloped, they tend to be very personalized and thus ... rabbit hole making)
