Feeling obsolete and defeated this morning. It’s my dumb brain’s fault, but there is also a kernel of truth to it. There are many good things happening/to be experienced. My coffee tastes good this morning. My kids’ hugs felt great. I am safe, well fed, and reasonably healthy. Hope folks are doing ok today.
