Got distracted by putting in a clothing system, though right now most of it what it does is check at the end of each month to find out if you have some tunics & cloaks sufficient for adults in the household, and start applying penalties if you don’t. (Reputation & purity if you haven't enough tunics for the adults; health hits to everyone in winter if there aren't enough cloaks to sleep under.)
