No, not this implementation assuredly. Give it another 100 years worth of miniaturization and longer development in brain computer interfaces and it'll be forced to catch on as your employer demands (and potentially even subsidizes the installation or purchase) of a device so you can work at whatever company your at. That's how I believe this tech will be adopted.
