It would make no commercial sense to write historical #ttrpg scenarios that catered to professional historians. But let me tell you, even as a humble prehistorian and some-time historical archaeologist, I find it excruciating to read a lot of the historical stuff that normal educated gamers are perfectly happy with. It's just so... wrong.
