Good news: The chord database used in Fretboard is now so compact that you can open it in a regular text editor! I've left JSON for a custom, in-house format that makes the file both easy to read for humans and quick to parse for machines. This means that if you notice any chord quirks in Fretboard, you can fork the repo, make changes to the chords.txt file, test them in the app locally, and open a PR, just like if you had made a regular code contribution. Let's build a great dataset together!
