Made some oven eggs using a cupcake pan - working on a good process to prep lots for our crew during the week. I had a little water bath going in the tray first and added a quarter tallow cube to and added the egg and salt/pepper to season.
and #OOHWEE I put our seasoning on a couple for me and they were killer. 🔥
