I am bipolar, often deemed delusional,
Seeing and hearing things, quite unusual.
In a world where reality seems to bend,
I drift among people, trying to blend.

A so-called false reality, my mind's own creation,
Amidst normal folks, I find my station.
Though my visions and sounds may seem surreal,
In my heart, these experiences are very real.
