I bought *frozen* brussel sprouts and it turns out they have a mushy texture. What can I do with them so that the texture isn't off-putting? Cabbage soup maybe? But even in soup I usually just saute cabbage, I don't boil it for hours until it's limp. Maybe a cream of cabbage soup?
