Do you have a person in your life with a high conflict personality? I do. I recently started reading this book as a means of learning how to deal with a person that I can’t just simply avoid. It’s not a book that will help you “win” an argument with them, or diagnose and fix them, but it proposes ways to deal with them that may cause less stress and turmoil for yourself. And if you are blessed with the absence of such a person in your life, it may help you avoid getting entangled with someone like this in the first place.

I can’t say I endorse it yet, but I think it’s promising, and if you need some help in this area, it’s worth a look at least.
