Tartlet shell is pate sucrée with an egg & cream wash for shine, a hazelnut cream that really brought strong hazelnut flavor, a raspberry coulis (with added pectin to thicken), then blackberry, blueberries and raspberries (filled with more coulis), pistachios & powdered sugar to decorate.
