Secondly, discussing antisemitism without accusing specific people isn't handwaving any more than discussing transphobia, misogyny, racism, or any other kind of oppression without accusing specific people is. We also call out specific people sometimes, but that comes with a social cost, and it requires a lot of energy and commitment.
