I'm not exactly describing a good person-- but the unwillingness of this country to touch that man may well kill it.
"We can't put him in prison pre-trial!"
Why the hell not? Why not? Is all that equal justice talk hot air? If it's because of "how his base might react" that sounds like even more reason to do it. I'm sick of institutions being held hostage by what amounts to an army of Karens. (And what makes Karens the way that they are is everyone tip-toeing around them.)
