I feel like there’s nothing better for a company like Meta than having a reasonable problem to tackle so they can end up addressing it in the worst-for-people-best-for-the-company kind of way. And I feel like having an employee who understands the problem and wants to fix it, but maybe can’t see how the company will abuse the solution, is ideal for them in a way.
Just my 2 cents that you don’t even have to distrust the employee to distrust any potential outcome.
