Maybe govtech is a good place for new devs to cut their teeth.
I am very curious, I hope you don't mind me asking a few questions. It's ok if you can't answer.
Do you hire a lot of people without experience? Or do those folks get filtered out? If you do hire them, how do you know they have the potential to do well? And then do you need to keep a steep ratio of seniors to juniors? And do the juniors stick around?
