I think she means well, but that she relies on blaming "they" a little too much (okay, maybe a lot too much) for my taste. That is, she is able to produce an awful lot of facts regarding the disproportionate power that the powers-that-be hold in this world; but, she seems to insist on contextualizing all that power through a single "they" lens - as if all the powerful bureaucrats, legislators, justices, tech billionaires, energy companies, ISPs, etc. in the world encompass a single "they" that work in unison to achieve a shared goal that they are all in lock-step agreement on. Not that she insists that's necessarily the reality we actually live in; just that it could be if "they" wanted it to be - seemingly without much if any regard for how insanely complex of a problem that would be to actually pull off.
