I'm curious to see what this web of trust relay is. I might install one and check it out.
Honestly I think it's only a temporary solution and as we can see it didn't work from the beginning you had to add what you call a "retard" list.
So it fixed the problem? What happens as more users join nostr. I'm talking millions and billions. So it means you as the admin have to spend time managing all the profiles and seeing which ones are spam or not? Why would you spend your precious time managing the profile and relay.
Didn't Bitcoin teach us "don't trust, verify"
