I just had my essay "Monsters" accepted by Ex-Puritan magazine. The editor called it "fucking phenomenal" and said she read it several times. It's about the monstrous effects of colonialism that I and people I know have gone through. It will be published next month.
My flash fiction "Sirens Don't Sing Underwater" will be published by Moonlit Getaway in December. It's about sirens from Greek mythology.
My story "The Infective," written last year while I was sick with COVID, will be published in early 2025 in the anthology Asylum of Terror II. It is a queer horror story about COVID anxiety.
My poem Angakkuq, about a young woman and her shapechanging grandmother, will be published in On Spec magazine in December.
My smutty story "Daisy Chain" will be coming out sometime this year in the Against the Wall, Under the Armor anthology. It's a funny story about a space marine, an alien, and a vampire who thinks she's a robot getting it on.
