I've been following Bitcoin L2's basically since their inception and currently Botanix (
https://www.botanixlabs.xyz/) looks the most interesting to me. BitVM could change the game for bridging to L2's, and Botanix take on Proof-of-Stake using BTC as the staking asset is interesting. They are also EVM compatible so any Ethereum supported wallet will work with this chain out of the box, and ETH smart contracts could be easily migrated.
