I think fedi hates Bluesky primarily because it's not trying to be fedi. Like it's definitely trying to be a mainstream Twitter clone. But a mainstream Twitter clone that has all the benefits that fedi platforms have, like the whole user base being able to pick up and leave with the software and all their data if it's ever sold.

It's cool to think about. We're gonna see it change a lot tbh. And we don't know what impact it will have
