I built a #Linux #kernel package on #Debian 12 #bookworm with make bindeb-pkg, based on the Debian .config, but now the linux-image deb package is a whopping 957 MB, while the dbg package is 75 MB and the headers package is 9 MB. What could be wrong here? Maybe it's not correctly stripping debug symbols?
