I see #RishiSunak wants #green policies to be 'proportionate'.... when Southern Europe & North America are on fire, & #Africa and Asia are under water you might think a proportionate repose would be to ratchet up moves on #netzero.... but no, Rishi doesn't want to 'hassle' #voters.
