It would be nice to include how she is experiencing the condition at various time and how that changes her mood. Is she more tired, snappy, lacks concentration? Is it a case she has to go rest as the pain is too bad or can she push through if needed? The last thing I want to do is create a caricature based on things I've read on various medical websites.
She hasn't got a romantic relationship so I don't need to focus so much on the side of sex and fertility.
