This is very armchair psychology. But it seems possible that someone heavily publicizing all the people she doesn't want at her funeral is perhaps creating a preemptive narrative because she expects a lot of no-shows and saves posthumous face by uninviting them before they have the chance to skip it.
But it could also -- of course -- be that she simply doesn't want them at her funeral.
