What is a good approach to learn and gain skills to work on Nostr? I don’t have much time these days but I want to stay current on it for in the future when I do have some time.

I was thinking just trying and build a relay from scratch and follow the NIPs. Doubt I’d be releasing anything, more of just something to play with for now. Any other ideas?
