Attending a remote session from my alma mater titled “Looking at Accessibility through the Lens of Public Health.” The audio is not coming through the lectern microphone, but instead from a camera perched on a table a good distance away. Not only can I make out almost none of the opening talk, but the auto captions have given up too. Host disabled chat and Q&A so I cannot even ask for an adjustment.
Anyway, please make sure your accessibility-themed events are themselves… accessible.
