And it seems that all this time, I incorrectly thought they were the 'Electronic Freedom Foundation', but, in fact, they're the Electronic _Frontier_ Foundation... although they do claim to be "the leading nonprofit defending digital privacy, free speech, and innovation" so I think my point stands.
