Let me get this straight: the Russians want to put nukes in space that would target and take down other satellites, but not for targeting anything on the ground?
Why nukes, when that could be done much cheaper and more efficiently with standard weaponry?
Something about this story sounds like a game of telephone that’s gotten out of hand.
