I sometimes view my lifestyle in the last four years as the only way to deal with Covid and climate change in my small little way. I stay home, I don't travel, I buy very little, I cook all my own food. I'm just one person, so it's insignificant, but how much trash do you think I produce? I pay for once-a month garbage pickup (every four weeks) which is the least frequent option and I sometimes barely have a single kitchen sized trash bag to put in my bin. It's mostly un-recyclable plastic.
