I am glad that I started with the triangle cowl thingy. Bigger yarn, bigger needle, simpler pattern (though I did rip it all back to "fix" their pattern because the center part didn't line up).
But now I have to fix the thumb placement and I have no idea how to do that. The other option is taking out the flip top and redoing it and that is just not happening.
