just set-up my 1st interview with talent which I did the sourcing and initial connection myself - it actually feels good, in a sense that you are providing an opportunity for someone to achieve their potential

After 4 years of being in the recruitment industry, this is the first time i experience what a recruiter does, rather than my daily number crunching as a finance person. 🙃
