I could gamify it. Finish two loads of laundry, have another beer. Growing grain, artisinal bread and deboning poultry seems like something I'd only do after a glass... or three .. of wine.

ALso, dunno bout you, but being sober I've found a lot of new hobbies to keep me busy - so I have a new appreciate for the value of an hour of my time.
