I hear that, during the Kirchnerate (2003-2023), over half of Bolivian welfare recipients in Argentina didn't even reside in Argentina.
Now, his esteemed excellency, Salta governor Gustavo Adolfo Ruperto Sáenz Stiro demands Milei to cease all welfare for Bolivians not living in the country.
This will save Argentine taxpayers a lot of money and simultaneously put Bolivians in danger of starving to death. Win/win.
