if I had to take a lesson from this, it'd be that it's better to host somewhere else and be boosted by someone on the larger, sleepy servers. it's not their fault they didn't set an alarm, so they have no way to know what time it is. plus for some reason they get upset if you wake them up when you're roommates?

downside is, boosts only show up for followers, right? meaning you'll only be seen if you want to be seen, which means you gotta be roommates if you wanna be seen when they don't want to see. tricky tricky...
