Mt Taranaki in New Zealand was recently assigned legal rights, just like the Whanganui some years ago. It is a legal entity, like a ltd company is a legal entity, that can legally act on behalf of itself. Represented by a human ofcourse.
I guess that makes it Mr Taranaki now.
