For various reasons, I no longer have access to a mac, and I'm starting to run into trouble with my iOS devices filling up with photos and videos...

Is there a good way to offload my photos into a Windows or Linux machine without compromising their quality or metadata? Or do I have to find a used M1 Mac Mini or something to use temporarily? 😟
